About Billy Brown 

Commercial Debt Strategist and Intermediary, 2x Amazon Best Selling Co-Author, Real Estate Investor, Entrepreneur, Competitive Golfer, and Father to an Amazing Daughter.

Billy Brown is the founder of The Investors Capital Group and a former member of the Men's Golf Team at both Oklahoma State University and The University of Tulsa. After college, he had the unique opportunity to intern at USA Wrestling in Colorado Springs, living at the Olympic Training Center.

Currently residing in Brentwood, TN, just outside of Nashville, Billy enjoys spending time with his daughter and playing golf. He has set an ambitious goal of qualifying for the USGA Senior Open in 2025. Additionally, he is two courses away from receiving his CCIM Designation, which he plans to complete in 2025.

One of his biggest regrets is turning down an internship at Augusta National GC ahead of The Masters in 1998.
